Local LVRG sets up and runs written conversations, lead follow-up, and appointment or estimate booking for service businesses. Supported connections include website chat, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and email. We handle the supported channels you connect, with compatibility and permissions confirmed during setup. We do not call your customers or hold verbal booking conversations. This site explains the service and provides a direct checkout and a way to contact us.
Conversations and follow-ups operate within each connected channel’s permissions, messaging windows and other requirements. Website forms need a configured connection and an appropriate reply channel. An unsupported source is not included automatically; we confirm whether it can be connected before promising it.
Public and private demonstrations are simulations of a booking system, clearly labeled as demonstrations. Appointments booked inside a demonstration are test events, not commitments by any real business, unless the page states otherwise.
The done-for-you follow-up service is $297 at checkout and $297 each month until canceled. There is no minimum term. The $500 custom setup fee is waived. Setup includes company knowledge, conversation boundaries, the follow-up system, supported messaging connections, and a customized irresistible offer if needed. If your existing offer works, we build around it. This service follows up with existing leads; advertising and lead generation are not included.
Your first payment starts setup and monthly billing. We gather your business details, configure and test the system, and agree a launch date with you. Activation depends on setup, any required texting registration, and your approval of the offer, responses and handoff rules. Appointment or revenue results are not guaranteed.
Each paid month includes $50 in AI conversation credit. We add the credit after verifying your payment. Usage is charged at $0.015 per system billing unit. A billing unit is not a text message or a conversation; some AI actions use multiple units. There is no fixed included number of texts.
Additional AI credit is optional: $25 buys $25 of credit at the same usage rate. Request additional credit by email. We match your subscription, send a one-time payment request and add the credit after verifying payment; credit is not added instantly. Automatic refill is off. We review the balance and contact you about replenishment; additional purchases require your approval. We do not promise an instantaneous spending stop or an automated alert threshold. Unused credit carries forward while subscribed, has no cash value and is not refundable when you cancel.
Local LVRG covers US SMS delivery within the $297 service fee, separately from AI credit. Supported connections and any required sending registration are confirmed during setup. This managed follow-up offer covers existing inquiries and ongoing conversations; mass broadcasts and non-US messaging require a separate agreed scope. Voice follow-up is not included.
Email hello@locallvrg.co before your next renewal to cancel. Service continues through the month you have paid for. Payments are not prorated when you cancel.
Voice follow-up is separate from the $297 conversational messaging service and is waitlisted. We limit access to protect service quality for current clients. A waitlist request does not activate calling or add it to your subscription.
Separately agreed work is governed by its own written scope and payment terms.
Do not use our demonstrations or messaging systems to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to test systems you do not have permission to contact.
The site and demonstrations are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Local LVRG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Engagement-specific obligations are defined in each client agreement.
